PAPER WEIGHT

Hello friends. It's good to see u all after a long time. Hope you all are enjoying your creativity and also this blog. If you have any suggestion  for me please do leave it in the comment. OK now coming to the point, today we are going to make a unique and really amazing paper weight that you can give to your parents, teachers, friends or can use yourself also. So let's start....

MATERIALS REQUIRED

• Useless bottles of colours
• Cotton
• Glue
• Red and Black marker
• White paper
•  Small black beads
  
  

Place the bottles in water for 15 to 20 minutes so that the labels pasted around the bottle comes out completely and clearly.

Take a small white sheet and cut the shapes of eyes out of it. Use a black marker to draw a thin outline around it. Paste a small black bead to make it an eye. Now paste these two eyes on the bottle with the help of glue.

Cut a small triangle from the white sheet, make a cone from it and color it using red marker. now paste it also on the bottle.

Now use some cotton for making the hair and beard and your unique paper weight is ready to use.

Birthday Card -2

Hello friends. Hope you all are enjoying making your own creative items. Today I am going to make another card. This one I made for one of my friends on her birthday. Hope you'll like it. So let's start.......

MATERIALS REQUIRED

• Plastic bottles of water or cold drinks.
• Plastic spoons
• Beads
• A wedding card or book's cover
• Color papers
• Glue, scissors, sparkle glue, color pens etc.

I used the base of plastic bottles for making flowers. The videos showing how to make such flowers are available on YouTube. I used red color marker for coloring the flowers and pasted a bead in the middle using some glue and used some sparkle glue for decorating it.

The technique that was used for making flowers I used the same technique for making leaves using plastic spoons. I colored them using green and golden sparkle glues.

I used an old wedding card or you can also use the cover of a book and cover it with a beautiful piece of cloth as we have done in the last post.

I pasted everything on the card. I used green colored papers on the inside of the card and pasted a cutting that I got from a magazine on one side of it and wrote some quotations on it. The other side can be used for writing some message for the person to whom you are gifting it.

A Birthday Card

Hello friends. Hope you all are doing well and enjoying creativity. Today we are going to make a beautiful card. Actually this one I made for my mom on her birthday. You can make one for anyone you like because cards are the best way to express your love and affection towards anyone. So let's try to make one here now....... let's go.........

Materials Required

• Covers of some old books.
• White papers, color papers
• Useless CD/DVD
• Some old clothes
• Thread, scissor
• Glue, glitter glue
• Tooth brush
• Colors, color pens

I used the covers of some old books, placed them one above the other and then pasted them using some papers at the joint so as to make it a 3-folded card.

Then I pasted the white papers on both side of the card except the middle portion on the outer side and colored them by spraying colors using tooth brush (as we have done in the first post).

Then I took one book cover, folded it into half, drawn the sketch of a lady on it and cut it down using scissor so as to get two figures of lady. I placed an empty ball point pen's refill in the middle of the figure (like backbone) so as to give it more strength and pasted both the lady figures with each other.

I placed the lady on one side of the middle part of card and bounded its hands using threads to both sides and its head to the next sheet that will come in the front side of the lady when she'll be in standing position.
Now whenever we open that part of the card, the lady stands up with flowers in her hand. I used tissue papers for making some flowers (that we'll discuss in next post).

 I used a useless DVD and painted a beautiful scene on it. Pasted it on one side of the lady and made a packet on the next side. I placed a small card into it.

I wrote some beautiful quotations, lines and things that I wanted to say on the remaining four sides.

I also used some beads and clothes on the sides for decorating and giving it a fine look.

Then fold the card. Color this side also using tooth brush and used a white sheet, cut it down into a shape and pasted it on the card and wrote some quotations on it. I used some glitter glue on the sides.

Then fold another side. I used color papers for making flowers and made a sketch of a flower pot using a brown color pen and filled it with the remaining of the color paper.

For making the outer most cover.
I took another cover and pasted it on the middle outer portion of the card and placed a slightly small card into that portion and made it slidable that is it can move in and out. I fixed an ear ring which can be used for pulling the sheet.

I pasted the sponge, that usually comes with shirts on the top portion of the card and pasted a piece of cloth to cover it completely from front and back side.

Then I pasted a white sheet on it, I got a white rose from one of my rubber bands and some decorating ribbon. I used them for decorating the front portion of the card. I also used some glitter glue for decorating it. I sprayed some pink colors on the rose using tooth brush to give it a more beautiful look.

A card is ready for u to gift to someone special.

Pen Stand -2

Hello friends, how are you all...? Hope you enjoyed making pen stand made of pens that was my last post.

Today also we'll be making a pen stand but not of pens, actually it's easier than that one. Today we are going to make a pen stand out of cold drink can. Let's start...

MATERIALS REQUIRED

• Cylindrical container like cold drink can without cap.
• Color papers
• Ice-cream sticks
• Ribbons
• Buttons
• Glue

 

 I used an empty cold drink can for making this pen stand.

I covered the can with a yellow colored paper then pasted some ice-cream sticks vertically and pasted some colorful buttons in the middle of the ice-cream sticks.

Then I used black ribbon at the neck of the can and pasted a pink ribbon which was folded to look like a rose that I got from one of mine old hair pins.

At last I pasted some ice-cream sticks at the base of the can so that it may not fall down to any side when I keep my pens into it.

A beautiful pen stand is ready for use.

Pen Stand Made Of Pens

Hello friends, I hope you all are liking the posts of this blog. Please do leave a comment after viewing the blog. Today we are going to make a pen stand out of useless pens. Here I am using the write n throw pens, you can use any type of pen. Let's start.......

MATERIALS REQUIRED

• Useless pens
• Bottle cap
• Thread
• Fevicol /  glue
• Tape having adhesive on both sides
• Colorful tape

Take a bottle cap having some length to make the base of the pen stand.

Take some useless 'use and throw pens' and have an idea of about how much pens you are actually going to need to cover the cap completely.

Lay down the pens one after the other parallely and bind them tightly using a strong thread to make a mat of pens.

Now put some tape round the bottle cap , put some glue on the thread bound around the pens (to provide some extra strength) and paste it on the bottle cap.

Put a colorful tape at the bottom end to give it strength and add some beauty. I've used a blue tape for this.

A beautiful pen stand is ready to use.

OLD MAN

Hello friends. Thank you for watching this blog. As demanded by one of our reader today I am going to show you how I made a handsome old man. Let's start.

Materials Required

• Empty cold drink can
• Old ball
• Tissue paper
• Cotton
• White paper
• Black paint color
• Tooth brush

I took an empty cold drink can, removed the opener given above the can and pasted some cotton in the middle portion round the can using glue.

I took a useless, broken ball for making the head. You can also make a ball of paper as I've given in the last post.

I pasted some tissue paper over the ball completely and used some cotton for making his hair, beard and moustach. I also used the cap of a fevicol tube for making his hat. I used white sheet for cutting eyes and pasted it on the face.

Then I joined the head and body using glue and pasted a thick layer of tissue paper completely over the can and then painted some tissue paper with black color using toothbrush as I've shown in the last post. Then I pasted it for making the paint and court of the man.

I used the opener given above the can for making the shoes of the man, you can use some hard sheet or ice cream stick also for the same.

The old man is ready.

You can past the lady and man on a platform and a cute couple is ready to welcome your guest in your drawing room.

Beautiful Women

Hello friends. How are you?...... I hope everything is going well and I am sure that after reading this post you are definitely going to feel very good and full of energy. Why?

Because you will be in a hurry to make a beautiful women for your drawing room. OK then, let's start.

Materials Required

• An empty bottle having some curve as women
• Some waste papers
• Tissue paper/ napkins / toilet paper
• Some cotton
• Glue, cello tape, scissor
• Coverings of apple/ color paper

• Black and red pen
• Useless toothbrush
• Water paint color (black and red)

Step 1:

Take the bottle. Paste the tissue paper over the bottle completely.

Step 2: 

Take some waste papers and crush them to make a little ball of a size suitable for making the head of the bottle (lady).

 Step 3:

Remove the cap of the bottle. Put some glue on the top portion of bottle and paste the paper ball on it. you can use cello tape also to give it some strength and to fix the head completely on the body.

Step 4:

Now paste some tissue paper in such a way that it covers the head completely and also extends to the neck of the bottle. Use cello tape in the neck portion to provide some strength.

Paste a thick layer of tissue paper on the head and body portion (cover all the cello tape, it should not be visible).

Step 5:

Take a toothbrush, put some black color on it. Now take some cotton and spray the black color on it using your thumb (as shown in fig below)

  
Leave the cotton for some time.

Step 6:

Take the apple covering for making the sari of the lady (you can use color papers also). paste the lower portion of the sari only at the waist area.
For making the upper portion, cut the covering as shown in fig. and paste it.
(you can also try making different type of clothes according to your imagination.)

Step 7:

Take some red color in the toothbrush and spray it using your thumb for making the blouse of the lady.

Step 8:

Now take the cotton that you have painted and paste it to make any hair style that you want to give the lady.

You can try with different colors for hair also.

Step 9:

Take small white sheet. Draw eyes and lips on it. Cut it and paint it using black and red pens and paste it to complete the face of the lady.

You can make a bindi and necklace also using black and red pens. If you like you can also use some beads to make a beautiful necklace.

Your beautiful lady is ready.
